At the moment, HootnHollerBirdToys is only set up to accept USA orders. HOWEVER, we can manually invoice you for your order if you email us your order list and customization options. Our Etsy store, FastBirdToys.com CAN accept international orders and we can also create a custom listing there for any items you'd like from our main website. It simply has to do with shipping charges not being accurate on our website. For an accurate shipping estimate, every toy listed would need to be weighed (something we are working on!) and our store has over 800 options and designs, which change regularly.
Most orders ship anywhere from 2-4 WEEKS after the order is placed. If you'd like toys sooner, please check out our Etsy store, where we only list toys that are premade and ready to ship. These toys usually ship same or next day!
At HootnHoller, all toys are made to order to your specifications! Every bird is different and has different needs, likes and behaviors. All our toys can be customized to better suit your particular bird or pet. Some birds prefer different toy parts or materials. This is where HootnHoller shines - we pride ourselves on creating high quality products made to your bird's liking! These customizations can increase order turnaround times, but we also factor in weather, such as hurricanes and high humidity, which affects the drying time for our colored toys and toy parts = as they say, things move slower in the south!

Yes! We take bird safety very seriously. All our toys are created in our workshop, which is free of all animals, smoke, perfumes, insecticides etc. We are parrot owners too and prioritize all birds' safety!
While no toy is 100% safe, we strive to create safe and engaging toys for birds, parrots and small animals. We use stainless steel hardware in all our cage mounted toys and nickel plated quick links when applicable. Any toy with long threads should be monitored closely and used while the bird is being supervised. We suggest using those type of toys on a playstand, outside the cage. A daily toy check for frayed ends, empty toys that should be refilled and exposed hardware is a great habit to start!
